Private dog training in your home.
Work on behavior where it happens. A veteran ONL Wichita trainer coaches you and your dog through the household routines, walks, and distractions you want to improve.
One dog, one family, a practical plan.
Private lessons give you individual coaching instead of asking your dog to fit a general class plan. Start with the situations that matter most: jumping on guests, pulling on walks, ignoring recall, struggling to settle, or needing clearer household boundaries. Your trainer builds the work around your dog’s experience and the way your family lives.
You practice with your trainer.
Learn how to give clear cues, recognize progress, and respond consistently. Lessons can include leash skills, place, recall, polite greetings, impulse control, and puppy foundations. Hands-on owner instruction and homework help you carry the lesson into the rest of the week. Tell us who handles the dog and which routines have been hardest to keep consistent.
Scheduling in Wichita and surrounding communities.
Private training takes place in the client’s home across the Wichita-area service region. We consider requests within roughly 100 miles, with travel and availability confirmed individually. Call with your city, dog’s age, and goals to discuss current lesson pricing and scheduling. For daytime professional practice or a residential program, compare Day School and Board & Train.
Your questions, answered.
Does the dog trainer come to my house?
Yes. Private in-home lessons are held in your home, subject to travel and scheduling availability.
Can private lessons help with leash pulling or jumping?
Yes. These are common goals for private obedience and manners coaching. Your trainer tailors exercises to your dog and the situations you encounter.
Can more than one family member learn?
Tell us who is involved in your dog’s care. The team can discuss how to keep household cues and expectations consistent.
